Narrative: Renovations were done to this previous banking facility to create a more comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for the members of a local Federal Credit Union. While needed repairs were done to the exterior of this 2,745 square foot building, the interior was demolished and entirely rebuilt, complete with individual office spaces as well as a relaxing sitting area. The interiors of this building sport a softer, more flowing look which is reinforced by the water feature that serves as the focal point of this design.

The site is a small corner lot that was designed into a workable drive-thru layout. The building exterior respects both the commercial street on the front and the residential neighborhood behind using brick, cast stone, and hipped roof forms. The interior is a colorful and energized space using glass block, black-out ceiling, neon and LED lighting, creative millwork, and marketing elements for a unique "banking" experience.
