Harborcreek Municipal Building

Statement: Mr. Trott was not "Architect of Record" but designed and managed this project while a Project Architect at Thomas J. Freeman Architect PC.

Narrative: This project involved additions and limited area renovations to a municipal office building built in the 1970's. Modifications were mainly to improve safety, egress and a unique main entrance to the building that pays tribute to the township's strong agricultural heritage.

Erie City Water Authority
Garage Restoration and Renovation

Client: Erie City Water Authority

Location: Erie, PA

Completed: 1999

Statement: Mr. Trott was not "Architect of Record," but functioned as Staff Architect during design and Project Architect during construction while on staff at Weibel Rydzewski Schuster Architects.

Narrative: A vacated municipal garage, built in the early 1900's, was restored and updated to function as an operations garage and offices for the Erie City Water Authority. Renovations included masonry restoration, adding an elevator, adding CO exhaust system, various materials handling storage systems, new roofing and coping, card reader access, and complete renovation of sitework.
