Client: Corry Federal Credit Union

11,978 Square Feet

August 2006

Mr. Trott was not "Architect of Record" but designed and managed this project while a Partner at Thomas J. Freeman Architect PC.

This project involved designing a 11,978 square foot facility to accommodate a fast-growing Credit Union. The building plays well with the hillside using two levels with on-grade access. There are two tenant spaces - each with its own entrance - in addition to the Credit Union facility. The two story lobby provides ample daylight through upper arched windows. The site is adjacent to a municipal park, and many spaces were oriented to provide views of the green parkland.
