Client: F.O.E. Club - Oil City Aerie #283

Location: 296 Seneca Street, Oil City, PA 16301

Size: 3,576 Square Feet

Completed: December 2014

Narrative:  This project involved renovating a former Arby’s Restaurant into a new private club.  The existing Lobby with its high-bay ceiling and large clerestory window was converted into the club’s new bar, complete with its own single use accessible restroom, and access to the updated dining area - which has the option of being broken into two separate spaces with the use of an accordion partition.  Renovations also included  the re-configuration of space to create a more functional kitchen, two new accessible Men’s and Women’s Restrooms, and a new accessible entrance including parking and compliant building access.
