Narrative:
This project consisted of a 3,000 square foot interior tenant fit-out in an Adaptive Re-Use project in which the 3-story, 120,000 square foot 1921 collegiate gothic building that was formerly the Meadville Junior High School was converted into a mixed-use commercial/residential facility.  The tenant space includes reception, waiting, a large conference room, 3 offices, 3 exam rooms and support spaces.
